Redeeming vouchers at Matchspace Music - here's how it works

Have you recently purchased a voucher from Matchspace Music or received one as a gift and would like to redeem it? Then read these short instructions here.

Find and contact a teacher

1. Find the right teacher for your lessons on our website.

2. Get in touch via the teacher's profile and answer any questions you may have about the lessons.

Create an account and redeem your voucher

1. Create an account as a music student at Matchspace Music with your email, phone, and password.

2. If you already have an account with us, then log in.

3. Now click on the voucher link to redeem the value.

4. Make sure that the voucher has been entered correctly in your voucher overview.

Buy your subscription of choice

1. Visit your teacher's profile page and start your booking.

2. Select your course, lesson duration, class location, and age category.

3. Click on “Proceed to checkout” and check that the voucher value has been deducted correctly.

4. Pay the difference to the voucher value if necessary. If the voucher value exceeds the amount of the pass, it will remain available for your next booking.

5. If your voucher exceeds the value of the travelcard and you are still prompted to select a payment option, simply click on something. You don't have to pay anything extra in this case.

6. As soon as you have purchased/booked your subscription, you will be redirected to your lesson page. You can also view the successful booking in your payment details.

7. Your teacher will receive a message and will arrange the first lesson with you.

8. If you have not used up your entire voucher, you can view the remaining amount in your lesson account and use it for the next booking.
